How to log in to your 3DtoMe account

Before you log in for the first time, sign up and verify your email address.

If you log in with Apple, you don't need to verify your email address.

1. Go to viewer.3dto.me. The login window opens. On a shared project, click the login button in the top right corner instead.
2. Enter your Email and Password.
3. Click Login.

• To use your Apple Account, click Sign in with Apple instead.
• If your email isn't verified yet, the Verify your email window opens and 3DtoMe emails you a new confirmation code.
• If you turned on two-factor authentication, the Two-factor authentication window asks for a code next.
• If you see "Wrong email or password", check both fields. If you don't remember the password, use Forgot password? to reset your password.

To log out, open Profile settings from your name at the bottom of the left panel, click Logout and then Confirm.

Two-factor authentication adds a second step to your login. After you enter your password or sign in with Apple, 3DtoMe asks for a 6-digit code from an authenticator app on your phone. Any authenticator app that supports time-based codes works.

Set it up

1. Sign in at viewer.3dto.me and click your name at the bottom of the left panel. The Profile settings window opens.
2. Under Two-factor authentication, click Set up two-factor authentication.
3. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app. If the app can't scan it, copy the key under "Or enter this key manually:" and type it into the app.
4. Click Continue.
5. Enter the 6-digit code that your authenticator app shows, then click Enable.
6. Save the 8 backup codes with Copy or Download. 3DtoMe shows them only once.
7. Click Done.

In Profile settings, the Two-factor authentication row now shows On.

After you have signed up, log in to a 3DtoMe app with these steps:

1. Open the 3DtoMe app on your device.
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. Tap Log in.
