I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

In the web viewer login window, click Forgot password?, enter your email and click Send. 3DtoMe emails you a recovery code. Paste it in the Recovery code field, enter a new password of at least 8 characters twice and click Reset Password. In the apps, tap Forgot your password? in the login screen.

How long is the recovery code valid?

The recovery code works for 24 hours. After that, request a new one.

How do I change my password?

In the web viewer, open Profile settings from your name at the bottom of the left panel, click Change password, enter your current password and the new one twice, then click Change Password. In the 3DtoMe apps, tap your user icon and then Change Password.

Forgot your password?

In the web viewer

Go to viewer.3dto.me. In the login window, click Forgot password?.
Enter the email address of your account and click Send.
The window asks you to enter the code from the email. Copy the code from your inbox.
Paste it in the Recovery code field.
Enter your new password in New Password and Confirm New Password. It needs at least 8 characters.
Click Reset Password.
Click Back to login and log in with the new password.

The recovery code works for 24 hours. If the window says "Invalid or expired code", request a new one. This is also how you add a password to an account you created with Sign in with Apple.

In the 3DtoMe apps

Open the 3DtoMe app on your device.
In the login screen, tap Forgot your password?.
Enter your email address.
Check your email inbox for a password reset email.
Follow the instructions to reset your password.

Change your password

In the web viewer

Sign in at viewer.3dto.me and click your name at the bottom of the left panel. The Profile settings window opens.
Under Password, click Change password.
Enter your Current Password.
Enter the new password in New Password and Confirm New Password. It needs at least 8 characters.
Click Change Password.

If you don't remember your current password, log out and use Forgot password? instead.

In the 3DtoMe apps

Open the 3DtoMe app on any platform.
Tap your user icon.
Tap Change Password.
