Managing existing subscriptions
See your plan in the web viewer
- Sign in at viewer.3dto.me and click your name at the bottom of the left panel. The Profile settings window opens.
- Look at the Active subscription card at the bottom of the Settings column.
The card shows your plan with its price, or "No active subscription" when you are on the Free plan. You can't buy, change or cancel a plan from this card.
Apple subscriptions
Subscriptions bought in a 3DtoMe app are Apple in-app purchases. Manage them in the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad, or in the App Store on your Mac. Both use your Apple ID.
Changing subscription
For an Apple subscription, cancel your current subscription and then purchase a new one. You do both through your Apple ID account settings.
From the web viewer
The web viewer doesn't take payments. To change plans, contact the 3DtoMe sales team. See Upgrade from the web viewer.
When a plan ends
Some features depend on the owner's plan, not on the visitor's. When your plan ends or drops to a lower one:
- Your share links, QR codes and embeds show a "not found" page to visitors. They work again when you renew.
- Visitors no longer see the model gallery or the material variants of your projects.
- Real-time collaboration needs an active Corporate plan.
You can still turn off sharing, remove a share password, and edit or delete the annotations you already added. See Whose plan counts.
